The Peacefulness Church of St. Stephen The Protomartyr Parish

 

What I like about this church is very a peacefulness place and its grand appearance. It is also apparent that like most old churches in Albay. I am one of the happiest person because there's a lot of peoples admirer of this old church. The construction bricks wall it was amazing because the materials are too much modern and old.


It is a pilgrim church more so its picturesque century old structure makes it unique to other churches in the province of Albay. Steady stream of pilgrims come and pray in this church during Holy Week and Christmas Season. On ordinary days it also see its own share of visitors simply to drop by and say a prayer or two before heading back to town Albay is gifted with both natural and historical riches. Its attractions never fail to disappoint. It is definitely one of the stops any adventurer should make. The Parish of St. Stephen Church in Ligao City is one of the town’s proudest attractions, the landmark bridging the past to the present.
